Our Customer Experience Managers come from all walks of life, though a background in retail/sales or customer support can be helpful. You’ll be organised and reliable, with a sensible attitude towards personal finances, but what matters most is your empathy and ability to connect with people. We have a full time opportunity available, including evenings and some weekend work, on a shift pattern. You will need your own car, but we pay mileage expenses for all business miles. We’ll also equip you with a company smartphone.
