What you’ll be doing day to day.
Use your expert knowledge to really benefit our customers. It could be a friendly word of advice, small tip or even just a comforting chat to put them at ease. You’ll keep our customers coming back and inspire a team with your really personable customer service. Guiding a team you're contagiously approachable attitude will really help make us a fantastic place to work, and to shop. During busy times, you'll be a real calming influence ready to step up to the challenge of guiding Pharmacy teams in different stores.
You’ll build great relationships with the Pharmacy team and local healthcare professionals, sharing your expert knowledge with them. A small piece of advice or info can go a long way.

It’s more than just medicine, it’s being really personable and putting them at ease because we want our customers to feel good. Your customer care will be inspiring, and always reassuring. Confident about health services and how they can benefit our customers, you’ll let them know we're here to help them. Fantastic customer care will also drive sales.
What you’ll need to have.
We’re looking for really great people, with a friendly personality. It’s all about working together as one great team – after all it’s our people that are at the heart of our business. It’s a fantastic opportunity to add to your own development, and a chance to learn more about us as a business. You’ll need to have lots of community Pharmacy experience, along with really wonderful customer service skills.
